Exchanges and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase and therefore we offer a 14 days return/exchange policy (excluding sale stock and underwear).

The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swingtag attached in original packaging. Please send an email to info@anneenhenze.co.za to action your return/exchange.

To initiate an exchange, kindly contact us at info@anneenhenze.co.za within 14 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the item/items you wish to return, your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Please note that return and exchange cost will be for the client's account. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swingtags attached in original packaging.

• Collection from you can be arrange at a flat rate fee of R100
• Items bought during a sale does not qualify for refunds or exchanges. 
• Underwear does not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
• Kindly note that refunds will take 7 - 10 working days to process.
