Exchanges and Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase and therefore we offer a 14 days return/exchange policy (excluding sale stock and underwear).
The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swingtag attached in original packaging. Please send an email to email@example.com to action your return/exchange.
To initiate an exchange, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the item/items you wish to return, your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Please note that return cost will be for the client's account. If the client wants to exchange an item, we will gladly send the desired item on our cost. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swingtags attached in original packaging.
- Collection from you can be arrange at a flat rate fee of R100
- Items bought during a sale does not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
- Underwear does not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
- Kindly note that refunds will take 7 - 10 working days to process.
