DELIVERY AND RETURNS
1. Orders will only be dispatched to you when we have received cleared payment.
2. We reserve the right to cancel an order in whole or part if we suspect fraud or identification theft.
3. As a buyer, you indicate where in South Africa you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connections with delivery.
4. Nationwide delivery is a flat rate fee of R99. For local Cape Town orders, delivery is a flat rate fee of R55. For major areas we will use our Primetime Express couriers (door-to-door). For outlaying areas, we will use The Courier Guy (door-to-door).

5. Please see details below for all delivery options:
- As soon as your order has been dispatched, we will advise you by email and send you a tracking number so you can track your delivery.
- Orders made before or on a public holiday as well as over a weekend, are only dispatched the following working day.
6. To initiate a exchange or return, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving the product. Please indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with swingtag attached.
7. Exchanges must be actioned within 7 days from delivery to qualify for a refund. If only actioned after 7 days, a credit note will be issued to the client.
8. Please note that returns will be for the client's account.
9. Please note that an exchange will be for the client's account (sending back the item) but we will send the desired item on our account.
10. Items bought during a promotion or a sale does not qualify for refunds or exchange.
